Pliskin's executive management team is comprised of skilled real estate professionals with in-depth market knowledge and strong relationships with property owners, retailers, the real estate brokerage community, contractors, municipalities, financial institutions and other professionals. Led by CEO Jeffrey Pliskin, the team’s primary goal is to provide its clients with the very best real estate opportunities and services.
These services include: negotiating competitive leases and contracts; providing referrals of architects, engineers and contractors; and serving as a liaison with municipalities for brokerage and property management clients. Additionally, Pliskin Realty Management, LLC. provides accurate financial management and recordkeeping, effective property maintenance, marketing and tenant relations for properties under Pliskin’s management. Meet Jeffrey Pliskin and the Pliskin Management Team
President and CEO Jeffrey Pliskin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. Prior to starting Pliskin Realty & Development, Jeff Pliskin served as a real estate attorney with the prestigious New York law firms of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Robinson Silverman. At Pliskin, he oversees all aspects of the firm’s brokerage, property management, investment and preferred development activities. As a real estate attorney, Jeff Pliskin also lends his expertise in real estate law to facilitate transactions and resolve lease issues. An active and respected member of the industry, he maintains affiliations with leading industry associations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers and is also highly regarded within the broader business community. Jeff Pliskin recently earned the designation of Certified Shopping Manager (CSM) from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Executive Vice President – David Pliskin earned his Bachelor of Arts from Washington University and has direct responsibility for the company’s property managment division, Pliskin Realty Management, LLC.. In this role, he brings extensive experience in all facets of property management, including rent billing and collections, repairs, capital improvements, coordination and supervision of all contractors, property maintenance, and regulatory compliance. He is recognized for his detail-oriented approach to property management, robust reporting, and commitment to protecting and optimizing his clients’ real estate investments.
Comptroller and Lease Administrator – Catherine Nardone is responsible for lease administration, budgeting, accounts, tenant billing, insurance administration, tax reduction proceedings and receivables management. Her role also encompasses tenant relations, compliance and reporting functions. A backbone of the property management operation, she is highly efficient and completely attentive to the needs of both owners and tenants.
