The firm, through its affiliate, PD, Inc., is actively developing retail properties in the New York metropolitan area, on spec and as a preferred developer for, among others, Advance Auto Parts.  Other tenants for which we have developed properties include Walgreen’s, Ethan Allen, La-Z-Boy, Municipal Credit Union, Planet Fitness Gym, The Place Furniture, Sally Beauty, Van Heusen, and Corning Revere.  Projects range from ground up developments to redevelopment of existing properties. 

Jeffrey Pliskin and Ed Miller run this division.  Both have extensive experience in the field, Mr. Pliskin as a real estate attorney, developer, and manager, and Mr. Miller as one of the area’s most highly respected real estate directors for numerous retailers, including Blockbuster, Kinko’s, Friendly’s, and Hess, and as a developer in his own right with the firm of Unicorp National Developments.
