Three-Building Sale in Westbury  for $1.1 Million

As part of its role as the Village of Westbury’s marketing consulting and brokerage firm for the continued revitalization of Downtown Post Avenue district, Pliskin Realty & Development (Carle Place, NY) announced another sale on Post Avenue. Specifically, Pliskin’s Vice President of Investment Sales Mitchell Friedman closed on the $1.1 million sale of three buildings located at 157-161 Post Avenue. Mr. Friedman represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

The sale was by a private investor to another private investor. The buildings consist of two retail buildings, one of which has two bedroom/apartments above the retail stores, as well as a warehouse. In total, the buildings occupy 5,000 square feet and are situated on a 9,000 square foot site. All of the buildings are being totally renovated and will be ready for occupancy early next year. At this time, the new owner is uncertain as to whether the space will be designated for retail, office and/or industrial applications.
