Pliskin Realty & Development (Carle Place, NY), a leading full-service commercial real estate company, announced its purchase of a 10,000 square foot strip shopping center located at 1056 Motor Parkway (at the intersection of Wheeler Road) in Central Islip, New York, The transaction was brokered by Pliskin Executive Vice President Marvin Hartman. Among the shopping center’s current tenants are a 7-11, Subway Store, Carvel, take-out restaurant and nail salon. The price is not being disclosed. The center’s previous owner was a private investor.
