Pliskin Realty & Development (Carle Place, NY), recently announced that two of its representatives were involved in consummating a five year lease with two five-year options for BMW of Bayside, Inc. Pliskin Associate Broker Mandy Cantor represented the landlord, Federal Realty Investment Trust (Rockville, MD), while Pliskin Associate Director Diane Taback represented the tenant, BMW of Bayside Inc.(Bayside,New York). As a result, BMW of Bayside, one of the New York-Metro area's largest BMW dealerships is set to occupy a five story brick building, over 100,000 square feet in size, which it will use for an automotive warehouse and service center. The building is located at 186-01 73rd Avenue in the Fresh Meadows Shopping Center (Fresh Meadows, NY). The previous tenant was Chrysler Dodge.

Ms. Cantor, who joined the company in 2001, has represented Federal Realty Trust in past transactions. In addition, she has handled numerous sales and leases on behalf of many major restaurant chains and other leading national and regional organizations.
