Mitchell Friedman, Vice President of Investment Sales at Pliskin Realty & Development (Carle Place, NY), recently brokered the sale of a _______ square foot office building located at 360 Jericho Turnpike in Mineola, NY. He represented the buyer and seller, both private investors, in the transaction. According to Mr. Friedman, the building will be totally renovated.

As Vice President of Investment Sales for Pliskin Realty & Development, Mr. Friedman is responsible for the research and development of new properties, sales negotiations on behalf of property owners and sellers, as well as the training of Pliskin’s sales associates. He began his career at the Company in 2001 and is a recognized as a strong “deal maker” routinely closing on multi-million sales transactions.

Prior to joining Pliskin, Mr. Friedman served as Director of Real Estate for Pergament Investments and as the President of his own successful brokerage firm, M. Lindsey Associates. His expertise is frequently tapped by associations for lecturers, as well as the media for whom he has authored various articles relating to real estate market analyses, growth and expansion. Mr. Friedman holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Urban Development from American University.
