Pliskin Realty & Development’s Mitchell Friedman Closes $1.8 Million Office Building Sale

Mitchell Friedman, Vice President of Investment Sales at Pliskin Realty & Development (Carle Place, NY), recently brokered a $1,800,000 sale of a 5,000 square foot office building located at 33 Powerhouse Road in Roslyn Heights, NY. Mr. Friedman represented the buyer, a private investor, in the sale. Gerry Krush of Real Estate Strategies (Jericho, NY) represented the seller. Plans are for the building, which is currently vacant, to be occupied by the buyer.

As Vice President of Investment Sales for Pliskin Realty & Development, Mr. Friedman is responsible for the research and development of new properties, sales negotiations on behalf of property owners and sellers, as well as the training of Pliskin’s sales associates. He began his career at the Company in 2001 and is a recognized as a strong “deal maker consummating major sales of commercial real estate properties throughout the New York-Metropolitan area.

Prior to joining Pliskin, Mr. Friedman served as Director of Real Estate for Pergament Investments and as the President of his own successful brokerage firm, M. Lindsey Associates. His expertise is frequently tapped by associations for lecturers, as well as the media for whom he has authored various articles relating to real estate market analyses, growth and expansion. Mr. Friedman holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Urban Development from American University.
