Sales

A $1.8 million sale of a retail investment property located at 77-87 West Main Street in Smithtown, NY, to a private investor, brokered by Pliskin Executive Vice President Marvin Hartman and Vice President of Investment Sales Mitchell Friedman.

A $750,000 sale of a retail investment property located at 44 Jericho Turnpike in Huntington, NY, to a private investor, brokered by Pliskin Vice President of Investment Sales Mitchell Friedman.

Leases

QuikDrop signed two leases brokered by Pliskin - one for 1,200 square feet on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow, NY, and a second for 1,500 square feet on Sunrise Highway in Sayville, NY, brokered by Pliskin Executive Vice President Marvin Hartman and Senior Vice President Jerry Small.

Sleepy's signed two extended leases for expanded space at Pliskin owned and managed centers – one for an additional 1,000 square feet bringing its total to 3,600 square feet at Ralph Avenue in Brooklyn, NY, and a second for an additional 2,000 square feet bringing its total to 6,000 square feet at Jericho Turnpike in Commack, NY.

UPS signed a 10-year lease for 1,400 square feet at Whitman Plaza, Ralph Avenue in Brooklyn, NY, brokered by Pliskin Executive Vice President Marvin Hartman.
