Pliskin Realty & Development Announces Two Recent Sales

Carle Place, NY… Mitchell Friedman, Vice President of Investment Sales at Pliskin Realty & Development (Carle Place, NY), recently brokered two sales on behalf of local real estate investors.

At 806-810 Jericho Turnpike in New Hyde Park, New York, Mr. Friedman represented the seller, a group of private investors, in the $1.75 million sale of a two story, mixed-use property with retail stores on the first level and apartments on the second level. The property recently added two new national tenants, Blimpie's, the sandwich shop and Crown Trophy, the nation's top trophy retailer, both of which were brokered by Mr. Friedman.

At 123 Hempstead Avenue in Lynbrook, New York, Mr. Friedman represented both the buyer and seller in a sales transaction valued at $500,000. The property is a two-family home.

As Vice President of Investment Sales for Pliskin Realty & Development, Mr. Friedman is responsible for the research and development of new properties, sales negotiations on behalf of property owners and sellers, as well as the training of Pliskin's sales associates. He began his career at the Company in 2001 and is a recognized as a strong ?deal maker?. Indicative of the deals he makes was the $8.1 million Fort Salonga shopping center sale he brokered this summer.

Prior to joining Pliskin, Mr. Friedman served as Director of Real Estate for Pergament Investments and as the President of his own successful brokerage firm, M. Lindsey Associates. His expertise is frequently tapped by associations for lecturers, as well as the media for whom he has authored various articles relating to real estate market analyses, growth and expansion. Mr. Friedman holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Urban Development from American University.
