Pliskin Realty & Development Closes Deals with Eckerd's, Walgreens, Golf Smith
and Relax-The-Back… Also Begins Construction on New Building

Sales

The sale of a 2.6 acre property on the intersection of Route 58 and Harrison Avenue in Riverhead, NY to Unicorp National Development, who will be constructing a new Walgreen Drug Store on the former trailer park site. The deal was brokered by Pliskin Executive Vice President Marvin Hartman.

The $750,000 sale of a retail building at 100 Merrick Road in Lynbrook, NY to a private investor brokered by Pliskin Vice President of Investment Sales Mitchell Friedman.

The $730,000 sale of a mixed-use building at 30 Broadway in Massapequa, NY to a private investor brokered by Pliskin Executive Vice President Marvin Hartman.

Leases

Eckerd's signed a 20-year ground lease for the property located at the intersection of Rocky Point Road and Middle Country Road in Middle Island. The lease was brokered by Pliskin Executive Vice President Marvin Hartman. This is the latest of many leases brokered by Pliskin for the drug store chains.

Golf Smith signed a 10-year lease for 11,000 square feet on Glen Cove Road in Carle Place. Pliskin President Jeff Pliskin represented the landlord and Brian Schuster of Ripco Real Estate represented the tenant.

Relax-The-Back signed a 5-year lease for 2,100 square feet at 203 Mineola Avenue in Roslyn Heights, NY brokered by Pliskin's Senior Vice President Jerry Small and Associate Director Mandy Cantor.

New Construction

Pliskin also announced that it has begun construction on a 5,000 square foot building located at 500 Route 110 in Melville. The building is expected to be completed mid-summer 2005.
